Just five minutes a day can have a transformative impact on your life. Whether you are seeking improved health and happiness, inner peace and love, or success in your personal and professional life, these 5-minute practices are designed to help you overcome challenges and navigate life with ease.

The accompanying app provides guided instruction videos with demonstrations and explanations for each of the seven practices. The videos can also be downloaded for offline use, eliminating the need for an internet connection.

The seven practices included in this app are:

 <li>Yoga for Health: This practice activates the energy nodules in your joints, promoting muscle exercise and overall well-being.</li>
 <li>Yoga for Success: By focusing on the neck area, this practice stimulates the energy and neurological systems, leading to increased alertness and mental sharpness.</li>
 <li>Yoga for Wellbeing: Yoga Namaskar nurtures and harmonizes the physical, psychological, and energetic dimensions of your being.</li>
 <li>Yoga for Peace: The Nadi Shuddhi practice purifies the pathways through which pranic energy flows, resulting in a balanced system and enhanced psychological well-being.</li>
 <li>Yoga for Joy: Through Nada Yoga, or the yoga of sound, you can create an inner atmosphere of joy simply by uttering certain sounds.</li>
 <li>Yoga for Inner Exploration: Shambhavi Mudra is an effortless technique that deepens your perception and opens you up to spiritual experiences.</li>
 <li>Yoga for Love: By bringing your palms together in a Namaskar gesture, you can activate the numerous nerve endings in your hands and promote a sense of love and connection.</li>
</ol>

The benefits of Upa Yoga practices, designed by Sadhguru, extend to both physical and psychological well-being. These practices can help enhance vitality, focus, memory, and productivity; stabilize the body, mind, and emotions; strengthen and support the spine; alleviate back pain, stress, anxiety, and tension; improve overall health; enhance teamwork and communication; and impart a lasting sense of joy, peace, and fulfillment.

When practicing these exercises, it is recommended to follow the guidelines provided:

<ul>
 <li>The practices can be done at any time and anywhere but should ideally be done in the given sequence. However, if you are interested in specific aspects, each practice can be performed individually.</li>
 <li>If you want to focus on overall well-being with just one practice, Yoga Namaskar is recommended.</li>
 <li>It is advisable to have a light stomach (maintain a 1.5-hour gap after eating) before practicing. If this cannot be achieved on a particular day, skip the Yoga Namaskar practice.</li>
 <li>The practices are suitable for individuals aged 7 years and above.</li>
</ul>
