When practicing these exercises, it is recommended to follow the guidelines provided:
- The practices can be done at any time and anywhere but should ideally be done in the given sequence. However, if you are interested in specific aspects, each practice can be performed individually.
- If you want to focus on overall well-being with just one practice, Yoga Namaskar is recommended.
- It is advisable to have a light stomach (maintain a 1.5-hour gap after eating) before practicing. If this cannot be achieved on a particular day, skip the Yoga Namaskar practice.
- The practices are suitable for individuals aged 7 years and above.
